1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Green3r website (green3r.co.in) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Green3r provides the following services:
- Doorstep dry waste collection from households, apartments, and businesses
- Aggregation, sorting, and baling of recyclable materials
- Supply of quality-assured recyclables to authorised recycling units
- Bulk waste collection for industrial and commercial clients
- EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) compliance services
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Pickup bookings can be made via our website contact form, WhatsApp, or phone call
- We will confirm your booking within 2 hours during working hours (Mon–Sat 8AM–7PM, Sun 9AM–2PM)
- Green3r reserves the right to reschedule pickups due to operational constraints with prior notice
- No-shows or cancellations without notice may affect future booking priority
4. Accepted Waste Materials
We accept only dry waste materials including plastic, paper, metal, e-waste, glass, and similar recyclables. We do not accept:
- Wet waste, food waste, or organic waste
- Hazardous chemicals, medical/biomedical waste
- Construction debris or large furniture (unless specifically agreed)
- Any material prohibited under Indian environmental law
5. Pricing & Payment
- Household pickups are free of charge
- For high-value materials (iron, copper, aluminium), Green3r may offer payment based on current market rates and quantity
- Bulk and industrial collection pricing is quoted on a case-by-case basis
- All pricing is subject to change based on market conditions without prior notice
6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking a pickup
- Ensure waste is dry and free from food contamination before handover
- Not misrepresent the type or quantity of waste
- Not provide hazardous or prohibited materials
- Ensure someone is available or waste is accessible at the scheduled pickup time
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Green3r website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Green3r / Green Recycler and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Green3r shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, force majeure)
- Loss or damage to items not disclosed at the time of booking
- Any third-party actions including our recycling partners
9. Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Green3r makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information on the website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to Terms
Green3r reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
